The Living/Fruit table is quite unique, perhaps resembling a Cubist sculpture. None of the sides of the Living/Fruit table are identical. The table looks different from each perspective. Despite honouring the Cubists like this, Daniel Weil and Gerard Taylor do not neglect their sense of humour. The top of the table, which is not horizontal, has a hole in the centre, unusual for a table, but a sieve that is available commercially blocks it underneath. Daniel Weil and Gerard Taylor really blur boundaries. Living/Fruit table is not a table but a freeze frame of a changing table, a table that becomes a fruit bowl, or a fruit bowl that turns into a table.
