As for the Living/Fruit Table that is also on our website, Living Room/Flower Table is quite unique, perhaps resembling a Cubist sculpture. None of the sides of the Living/Fruit table are identical. The table looks different from each perspective. Despite honouring the Cubists like this, Daniel Weil and Gerard Taylor do not neglect their sense of humour. Like for the Living/Fruit Table, humour is expressed in the object, here in the shape of a wine glass hanging beneath the table. Filled with water it becomes the receptacle for a bouquet of flowers. Living Room/Flower Table is not a table, but perhaps simply a vase, or a table turning into a vase, or a vase turning into a table.
