Michele de Lucchi, Riviera chair, Memphis editions

Michele de Lucchi Riviera BD_001
Sold
1981

The Riviera Chair by Michele de Lucchi is probably the most loyal object to the avant-garde home appliance prototypes that he designed in 1979 for the firm Girmi. Respecting the same white, blue, yellow and pink colour code, the Riviera Chair is an attempt to showcase a playful and no longer functional relationship with everyday objects.
